12 weeks...

it is amazing how much jake has changed in the past month. he follows sounds and sights so well now and loves to babble and coo while "talking" to us. he smiles at people and loves when people clap his hands together. he has discovered that he can suck on his fists and that he can squirm his way towards some things. i miss my little newborn but he is becoming a little bit more fun now that he has a personality. he smiles when i come home from work now. he wouldn't make eye contact with me and kept frowning my first day back at work. i guess he was mad at me. he will be 3 months old next saturday and 100 days old on january 31... wow time flies...
